About us
Owned and operated by locals — we take pride in our bagels and work wicked hard to give you the best breakfast.
Medford residents Lindsey Gaudet + Ed Thill opened Goldilox in September 2019. It's been wild. We opened the shop wanting to serve fresh bagels to Medford and its neighboring communities. We truly love how we've become a staple of so many Great Breakfasts around here.

Good food comes from good sources. We only use delicious and high quality ingredients. All of our drinks come from local partners. We make our bagels fresh every Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. We use top-notch ingredients to guarantee our customers get delicious bagels every time.
